Coconut Cupcakes

Last night I made myself a little indulgence.
Barefoot Contessa's Coconut Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. From the grocery and from a box. So easy and sooo yummy!
My favorite part of making these was I got to use my new Pampered Chef decorating bottles!
This wasn't entirely necessary since I was covering the top with coconut but I couldn't resist!

I was one happy girl!
